Sales driven by big companies
More than 500km away from my city, I drove my car for 7 hours to meet a potential client of my startup, but why?
Because I decided to have a B2B Startup, in this business universe the rules are different, the needs are different, the vision of how any technology can improve results isn't so latent. And this is incredible!
For a moment forget some value propositions and focus on [online or offline] value executions… The B2B market will be grateful :-)
Interpersonal relationship is the greatest value that all startups should build side by side with a big company. Stop listening to yourself and listen to the people inside companies, think about their [real] pains and code a perfect modeling to solve problems fast and efficiently.
We know that technology is good for companies, but nothing replaces the sensitivity of listening and be aligning with the voices of the market, that is, the people inside companies. In a B2B business you have a P2P sales process, person to person.
So, drive more than 500km is very important to create this interpersonal relationship, if you have a B2B startup, think a little bit about this… makes sense?
If you agree with my personal view give me a ❤. If you don't agree, write me a comment, with this I'll learn more, thanks for reading :-)
